How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 pm are shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands and Belgium your parcel usually arrives in 1–2 working days; elsewhere 3–7 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your order total, the weight of your parcel and the destination country. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order free of charge within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. See our returns policy for the full terms.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, and Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express credit cards.
My product is officially licensed, right?
Yes. All merchandise on Popmerch.com is 100% officially licensed. We work exclusively with authorised suppliers and distributors.
Can I collect my order?
Sure. You're welcome to collect a parcel from our warehouse at Wijkermeerweg 40C in Beverwijk. Our opening hours are daily 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of receipt via the contact form or email info@popmerch.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number — we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
How do I know which size to order?
